| W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 5/2011, 13/2011 oraz 13/2012 dotyczących umowy zawartej przez "Euromark Polska" SA (Spółka, Emitent) z Millennium Bank SA ("Bank") o kredyt obrotowy ("Kredyt") oraz w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 29/2012 (uzupełnionego raportem bieżącym nr 29/2012 K), dotyczącego porozumienia zawartego między Emitentem a Bankiem na okres od 27 sierpnia 2012r. do 15 listopada 2012r. regulującego wykonanie zobowiązań Spółki wobec Banku z tytułu Kredytu ("Porozumienie"), Zarząd Spółki informuje, iż Spółka nie wywiązała się ze zobowiązania dokonania w terminie do dnia 15 listopada 2012 r. spłaty kapitału Kredytu w wysokości 3.589.033,24 złotych. | ||||||||||||

| Referring to the current reports no. 5/2011, no. 13/2011 and no. 13/2012 in relation to a working capital credit agreement (“Credit”) signed between Euromark Polska S.A. (Company, Issuer) with Millennium Bank SA ("Bank"), and referring to the current report no. 29/2012 (supplemented by current report no. 29/2012 K), regarding the Composition Agreement regulating the fulfillment of the Company’s obligations to the Bank, signed between the Issuer and the Bank for the period from 27 August 2012 to 15th November 2012, the Management Board of the Issuer informs that the Company did not fulfill its obligation to pay the principal sum of the credit in the amount of 3,589,033.24 PLN by 15th November 2012. |
