(dalej „Spółka”), niniejszym informuje o złożeniu w dniu 29.01.2018 przez Spółkę oraz jej spółkę zależną Pfleiderer Wieruszów Sp. z o.o. odwołań od Decyzji Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów z dnia 28 grudnia 2017 roku („Decyzja”) do Sądu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów. Spółka informowała o Decyzji w raporcie bieżącym 57/2017. *** Raport sporządzono na podstawie przepisów art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylającego dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE (Dz. | Subject: Filing the appeals against the Decision of the President of the OCCP by Company and its subsidiary Current Report no. 04/2018 The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that on January 29th, 2018 the Company and its subsidiary Pfleiderer Wieruszów Sp. z o.o. filed the appeals against the Decision of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection dated 28 December 2017 (the “Decision”) with the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection. Company informed about the Decision in the current report No. 57/2017. *** The report was prepared on the basis of Article 17 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Dz.
