Zarząd spółki Zortrax S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 22/2026 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2026 r., informuje, że w dniu 10 czerwca 2026 r. Spółka zawarła pierwszą umowę dotyczącą strategicznej współpracy na terytorium Arabii Saudyjskiej.

Na podstawie tej umowy Spółka rozpoczęła negocjacje warunków, na których Spółka lub Grupa Zortrax będą mogły prowadzić sprzedaż i rozwój technologii Zortrax oraz produkcję urządzeń marki Zortrax. Pierwszym podmiotem, z którym Spółka prowadzi w tym zakresie rozmowy, jest HUGER SA z siedzibą w Taif, Królestwo Arabii Saudyjskiej, działający w sektorze edukacji.

Zarząd Spółki uznał tę informację za poufną z uwagi na jej potencjalny wpływ na sytuację finansową Spółki.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

The Management Board of Zortrax S.A., with its registered seat in Warsaw (the “Company”), with reference to current report ESPI No. 22/2026 dated 16 April 2026, hereby announces that on 10 June 2026 the Company entered into its first agreement concerning strategic cooperation in the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Pursuant to this agreement, the Company has commenced negotiations regarding the terms and conditions under which the Company or the Zortrax Group will be able to conduct sales and development of ZORTRAX technology, as well as the manufacturing of ZORTRAX branded devices. The first entity with which the Company is conducting discussions in this respect is HUGER SA., with its registered office in Taif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating in the education sector.

The Management Board of the Company has deemed this information to be confidential due to its potential impact on the Company’s financial position.
