Today, Board of Directors of CEZ, a. s. decided to propose the gross dividend from profit of 2025 amounting to CZK 42 per share. This corresponds to total sum of CZK 23 bn and represents 80 % of consolidated net income adjusted for extraordinary effects, which is the upper limit under the valid dividend policy. General meeting of Shareholders will take place on 1 June 2026.
