| Zarząd XTPL S.A. (“Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 11.01.2024 otrzymał informację o rekomendowaniu do dofinansowania w konkursie HORIZON-CL4-2023-RESILIENCE-01-33 Smart sensors for the Electronic Appliances Market, organizowanym przez Komisję Europejską w ramach programu Horizon Europe Framework Programme (HORIZON) projektu opracowanego w konsorcjum, którego Emitent jest członkiem pt. "Ultra-sound combined with bioimpedance analysis and graphene fet-enhanced wearable sensing for decentral health-monitoring" (“Projekt”). W skład konsorcjum wchodzą firmy: • NATIONAL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF ATHENS, Grecja • POLAR ELECTRO OY, Finlandia; • TEKNOLOGIAN TUTKIMUSKESKUS VTT OY, Finlandia • GRAPHENEA SEMICONDUCTOR S.L., Hiszpania • UNIVERSITAT POLITECNICA DE VALENCIA, Hiszpania • OULUN YLIOPISTO, Finlandia • INSTITUT JOZEF STEFAN, Słowenia • AMIRES SRO, Czechy • BETTHERA S.R.O., Czechy Projekt UltraSense ma na celu opracowanie elastycznego, wielofunkcyjnego urządzenia do analizy składu ciała i monitorowania zdrowia, wykorzystującego zaawansowane materiały i sztuczną inteligencję, w celu promowania zdrowszego trybu życia. Zadaniem Emitenta jest opracowanie materiałów, które zapewnią rozciągliwość, wysoką wydajność i efektywność energetyczną urządzenia. • Wartość całkowita Projektu: EUR 6 984 473,00; • Udział Emitenta w Projekcie: EUR 510 063,50; • Rekomendowana wartość dofinansowania dla Emitenta: EUR 510 063,50; • Okres realizacji: 48 miesięcy. Ostateczna kwota dofinansowania może ulec nieznacznej zmianie na etapie przygotowania dokumentacji do właściwej umowy dotacji. O jej zawarciu Emitent poinformuje osobnym raportem. Zarząd Emitenta uznał powyższy fakt za informację poufną, gdyż dotacje stanowią element finansowania działalności Emitenta. Projekt jest zgodny ze strategicznym kierunkiem dalszego rozwoju i zastosowania rozwiązań technologicznych Emitenta w obszarze tuszów przewodzących. Bliska współpraca z Europejskimi przedsiębiorstwami technologicznymi w ramach realizacji Projektu wzmocni dodatkowo działania nakierowane na komercjalizację rozwiązań technologicznych Emitenta. |

| Title: Information on the recommendation of the project of the consortium, of which the Issuer is a member, for funding by the European Commission. Legal basis: Article 17 (1) MAR - confidential information. Content of the Report: Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") informs that on January 11, 2024, it received information about the recommendation for funding in the HORIZON-CL4-2023-RESILIENCE-01-33 Smart sensors for the Electronic Appliances Market call, organized by European Commission as part of the Horizon Europe Framework Program (HORIZON) a project developed in a consortium of which the Issuer is a member entitled "Ultra-sound combined with bioimpedance analysis and graphene fet-enhanced wearable sensing for decentral health-monitoring" ("Project"). The consortium includes the following companies: • NATIONAL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF ATHENS, Greece • POLAR ELECTRO OY, Finland; • TEKNOLOGIAN TUTKIMUSKESKUS VTT OY, Finland • GRAPHENEA SEMICONDUCTOR S.L., Spain • UNIVERSITAT POLITECNICA DE VALENCIA, Spain • OULUN YLIOPISTO, Finland • INSTITUTE JOZEF STEFAN, Slovenia • AMIRES SRO, Czech Republic • BETTHERA S.R.O., Czech Republic The UltraSense project aims to develop a stretchable, multi-sensing wearable platform for body composition analysis and health monitoring, using advanced materials and AI, to promote healthier lifestyles. The task of the issuer is to develop materials that will ensure stretchability, high performance, and low energy consumption of the device. • Total value of the Project: EUR 6,984,473.00; • Issuer's share in the Project: EUR 510,063.50; • Recommended value of funding for the Issuer: EUR 510,063.50; • Implementation period: 48 months. The final amount of funding may change slightly at the stage of preparing documentation for the relevant grant agreement. The Issuer will inform about its conclusion in a separate report. The Issuer's Management Board considered the above fact to be confidential information, as subsidies are an element of financing the Issuer's activities. The project is consistent with the strategic direction of further development and application of the Issuer's technological solutions in the area of conductive inks. Close cooperation with European technology enterprises as part of the implementation of the Project will additionally strengthen activities aimed at the commercialization of the Issuer's technological solutions. |
