| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 27/2020 z dnia 23 kwietnia 2020 roku, dotyczącego uchwały Zarządu i2 Development S.A. (dalej: Emitent, Spółka) w przedmiocie umorzenia obligacji własnych serii I, Emitent informuje, iż w dniu 30 kwietnia 2020 roku Zarząd Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (dalej: KDPW) na wniosek Emitenta podjął uchwałę o wycofaniu w dniu 5 maja 2020 roku z depozytu 2.500 sztuk obligacji serii I Emitenta, o wartości nominalnej 1.000,00 zł (słownie: jeden tysiąc złotych) każda i łącznej wartości nominalnej 2.500.000,00 zł (słownie: dwa miliony pięćset tysięcy złotych), które zostały nabyte przez Emitenta w dniu 16 kwietnia 2020 roku w związku z ich umorzeniem. Po przeprowadzeniu umorzenia przez KDPW, ilość obligacji oznaczonych ww. kodem wynosić będzie 7.500 sztuk (słownie: siedem tysięcy pięćset). | ||||||||||||

Subject: Resolution of the National Depository for Securities regarding the withdrawal of bonds in connection with their redemption Legal basis: Article 56 para. 1 item 2 of the Act on the offer - current and periodic information With reference to the report no. 27/2020 of April 23, 2020 concerning the end of purchase of own bonds, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer, the Company), informs that on April 30, 2020 the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., hereinafter: KDPW) at the request of the Issuer adopted a resolution to withdraw on May 5, 2020 from the deposit 2.500 series I bonds of the Issuer, with a nominal value of PLN 1,000.00 (one thousand zlotys) each and the total nominal value of PLN 2,500,000.00 (in words: two million five hundred thousand zlotys), which were acquired by the Issuer on April 16, 2020 in connection with their redemption. After the redemption by KDPW, the number of bonds marked with the above the code will be 7,500 (seven thousand five houndred).
