| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 9 listopada 2022 r. zawarł z SG Mobile OOO, działającą pod nazwą handlową Shori Games (dalej jako: “Producent”, “Deweloper”, “Shori Games”), umowę dotyczącą wznowienia dystrybucji gry Knight Fights 2 na platformach iOS i Android. Dystrybucja gry rozpocznie się jeszcze w listopadzie 2022 r. na obu platformach. Zawarcie ww. umowy jest efektem negocjacji prowadzonych przez Spółkę i Shori Games, w konsekwencji złożonego przez Dewelopera, a nie uznanego przez Emitenta wypowiedzenia umów wydawniczych w dniu 10 grudnia 2021 r., o czym Emitent informował raportem bieżącym nr 52/2021 z dnia 10 grudnia 2021 r. Dystrybucja gry będzie prowadzona na warunkach handlowych zasadniczo tożsamych z obowiązującymi przed powstaniem sporu między Emitentem a Deweloperem, z tym zastrzeżeniem, że porozumienie zapewnia Spółce dodatkowe zabezpieczenie jej interesów w wypadku ponownego konfliktu z Shori Games. Emitent prowadzi z Producentem dalsze negocjacje dotyczące wydania gry The Cash, która była przedmiotem drugiej z umów wydawniczych zawartych z Shori Games, o zawarciu których Emitent informował raportem bieżącym nr 8/2020 z dnia 17 marca 2020 r.. |

| MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION) | |||
| The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on November 9th, 2022, it concluded with SG Mobile OOO, operating under the trade name of Shori Games (hereinafter referred to as: "Producer", "Developer", "Shori Games ”), an agreement to restart distribution of Knight Fights 2 on iOS and Android. The distribution of the game will start in November 2022 on both platforms. The conclusion of the agreement mentioned above is the result of negotiations conducted by the Company and Shori Games, as a consequence of the termination of publishing agreements submitted by the Developer and not admitted by the Issuer on December 10, 2021, about which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 52/2021 of December 10, 2021. The game distribution will be carried out on commercial terms substantially identical to those applicable prior to the dispute between the Issuer and the Developer. Although the agreement provides the Company with additional protection of its interests in the event of a further conflict with Shori Games. Vivid Games is conducting further negotiations with the Producer regarding the release of The Cash game, which was the subject of the second publishing agreement concluded with Shori Games, the conclusion of which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 8/2020 of March 17, 2020.
