Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 41/2019 z dnia 11 grudnia 2019 roku, niniejszym informuje o zawarciu w dniu 24 stycznia 2025 roku, aneksu do Umowy współpracy pomiędzy Emitentem a Qubic Games S.A. z siedzibą w Siedlcach (dalej jako: “Qubic”, “Wydawca”)
Na podstawie umowy Wydawca przygotuje wersję portu gry Real Boxing 2: Remastered na platformy Sony Playstation 4, Sony Playstation 5, Microsoft Xbox One/Xbox Series S/X i PC (Steam).
Gra trafi do dystrybucji na wskazanych wyżej platformach w pierwszym półroczu 2025 roku. O dokładnych terminach premier Emitent będzie informował w raportach okresowych i informacjach prasowych.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: “Company”, “Issuer”), with reference to the current report No. 41/2019 of December 11, 2019, hereby informs that on January 24, 2025, an annex to the Cooperation Agreement between the Issuer and Qubic Games S.A., headquartered in Siedlce (hereinafter: “Qubic”, “Publisher”) was concluded. Pursuant to the agreement, the Publisher will prepare a port version of the game Real Boxing 2: Remastered for Sony Playstation 4, Sony Playstation 5, Microsoft Xbox One/Xbox Series S/X and PC (Steam) platforms. The game will be released for distribution on the aforementioned platforms in the first half of 2025. The Issuer will announce the exact release dates in periodic reports and press releases.
