("Spółki") informuje, iż otrzymał informację, że członek Zarządu Spółki,dokonał transakcji zakupu 73 050 akcji TVN S.A. po cenie 9,58 za akcję poza rynkiem regulowanym – realizacja praw do nabycia akcji w ramach programu motywacyjnego w dniu 8 kwietnia 2014 r., oraz transakcji sprzedaży 50 050 akcji TVN S.A. po cenie średniej16,82 za akcję w dniu od 9 kwietnia 2014, na rynku regulowanym. |
