Zarząd Selvita S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie („Emitent”, „Spółka”), niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 27 listopada 2025 roku Emitent otrzymał zlecenie („Zlecenie") w ramach współpracy objętej ramową umową świadczenia usług z dnia 1 kwietnia 2023 roku, zawartej z firmą farmaceutyczną z siedzibą w Europie („Klient").

Przedmiotem Zlecenia jest dalsze wspieranie programu odkrywania leków realizowanego przez Klienta. Usługi świadczone na rzecz Klienta w ramach Zlecenia będą koncentrować się na projektowaniu i syntezie nowych związków chemicznych, które zostaną następnie poddane panelowi testów ADME (Absorpcja, Dystrybucja, Metabolizm, Wydalanie, ang. Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) w celu określenia właściwości zsyntetyzowanych związków, a równolegle prowadzone badania farmakologii in vitro ocenią ich aktywność biologiczną oraz pozwolą na uzyskanie wysokiej jakości danych wspierających decyzje dotyczące dalszego rozwoju projektu Klienta.

Realizacja Zlecenia obejmie okres 12 miesięcy, od stycznia do grudnia 2026 r. i stanowi kontynuację współpracy z Klientem rozpoczętej w 2017 r.

Szacunkowa łączna wartość usług świadczonych na rzecz Klienta w całym 2025 r., wyniesie 2.392.034 EUR (tj. 10.111.128 PLN). Wartość otrzymanego Zlecenia wynosi 1.800.000 EUR (tj. 7.608.600 PLN), przy czym Spółka szacuje, że wartość współpracy z Klientem w całym 2026 roku powinna być nie niższa niż w 2025 roku.

Z uwagi na kontynuacje współpracy z Klientem w strategicznym dla Spółki obszarze zintegrowanego odkrywania leków oraz mając na względzie wartość całej współpracy realizowanej w 2025 r. pomiędzy Klientem a Emitentem, Zarząd Emitenta uznaje otrzymane Zlecenie za istotne.

Przeliczenia walut w niniejszym raporcie dokonano według średniego kursu Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 27 listopada 2025 r., wynoszącego 1 EUR = 4,2270 PLN.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

Receipt of an Order as Part of Significant Cooperation

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., headquartered in Kraków (“Issuer”, “Company”), hereby informs that on November 27, 2025, the Issuer received an order (“Order”) as part of cooperation covered by a framework service agreement dated April 1, 2023, concluded with a pharmaceutical company based in Europe (“Client”).

The subject of the Order is the continued support of the drug discovery program carried out by the Client. The services provided to the Client under the Order will focus on the design and synthesis of new chemical compounds, which will then be subjected to an ADME panel (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) to determine the properties of the synthesized compounds. In parallel, in vitro pharmacology studies will assess their biological activity and provide high-quality data supporting decisions regarding the further development of the Client’s project.

The execution of the Order will cover a period of 12 months, from January to December 2026, and constitutes a continuation of cooperation with the Client that began in 2017.

The estimated total value of services provided to the Client throughout 2025 will amount to EUR 2,392,034 (PLN 10,111,128). The value of the received Order is EUR 1,800,000 (PLN 7,608,600), with the Company estimating that the value of cooperation with the Client in the entire year 2026 should not be lower than in 2025.

Due to the continuation of cooperation with the Client in the Company’s strategic area of integrated drug discovery and considering the value of the entire cooperation carried out in 2025 between the Client and the Issuer, the Management Board of the Issuer considers the received Order to be significant.

Currency conversions in this report were made according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of November 27, 2025, amounting to 1 EUR = PLN 4.2270.
