| W dniu 7 czerwca 2021 r. Orange Polska oraz P4 Sp. z o.o. (Play) podpisały przedłużenie obecnej umowy roamingu krajowego do roku 2025r (Umowa). Współpraca pomiędzy operatorami będzie kontynuowana w obecnej formule „take-or-pay”. Umowa gwarantuje dostęp klientom Play do sieci Orange w latach 2021 – 2025. Dzięki intensywnej rozbudowie własnej infrastruktury telekomunikacyjnej Play, Umowa dotyczy ograniczonej części ruchu sieciowego zapewniając jednocześnie odpowiednią jakości usług klientom Play. W związku z zawartą Umową, w latach 2021-2025 koszty roamingu krajowego Play wyniosą łącznie PLN 300 mln |

| 2021.06.08 7/2021 P4 Sp. z o.o., operator of Play network, has extended PLN 300 million worth national roaming contract with Orange Polska, which secures access of Play customers to Orange network until 2025On 7 June 2021 Orange Polska and P4 Sp. z o.o. (Play) have signed extension of existing national roaming agreement until 2025 (Agreement). The co-operation between operators will be continued in the current “take-or-pay” scheme. The Agreement guarantees Play customers an access to Orange network in the years 2021-2025. Thanks to intensive investment into Play own telecommunication infrastructure, the Agreement concerns limited volume of traffic at the same time securing certain quality of services for Play customers. Based on the Agreement, in 2021-2025 national roaming cost of Play will amount to PLN 300 million in total. Legal basis: Art 17 of MAR |
