| Zarząd ING Banku Śląskiego S.A. („Bank") przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości wstępne niezaudytowane skonsolidowane wyniki finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej ING Banku Śląskiego S.A. za IV kwartał 2023 roku, które przygotowano dla celów informacyjnych, niezależnie od obowiązków w zakresie raportowania okresowego. Jednocześnie Zarząd Banku informuje, że załączone wstępne niezaudytowane skonsolidowane wyniki finansowe za IV kwartał 2023 roku mają charakter wstępny i szacunkowy. Ostateczne wartości zostaną przedstawione w skonsolidowanym raporcie rocznym Grupy Kapitałowej Banku za rok kończący się 31 grudnia 2023 roku oraz raporcie rocznym Banku za rok kończący się 31 grudnia 2023 roku, które zostaną opublikowane 8 marca 2024 roku, jak podano w raporcie bieżącym nr 29/2023 z 13 grudnia 2023 roku. Dodatkowe informacje, niestanowiące załącznika do niniejszego raportu, będą dostępne na stronie internetowej Banku www.ing.pl w zakładce Relacje Inwestorskie. | 2024-02-01 Report No. 1/2024: Preliminary non-audited consolidated financial results for Q4 2023. The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby publish preliminary, non-audited consolidated financial results of the ING Bank Śląski S.A. Group for Q4 2023 which were compiled for information purposes, irrespective of the interim reporting duties. At the same time, the Bank Management Board hereby announce that the attached preliminary, non-audited consolidated financial results for Q4 2023 are preliminary estimates only. The final financials will be presented in the consolidated annual report of the Bank Group for the year ended 31 December 2023 and in the annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2023, which will be published on 8 March 2024, as per current report no. 29/2023 of 13 December 2023. Additional information that was not included in the attachment hereto will be available on the Bank’s website www.ing.pl in the Investor Relations tab.
