| Zarząd i2 Development S.A. („Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących numer 27/2018 z dnia 16 maja 2018 roku oraz numer 57/2019 z dnia 31 października 2019 roku, informuje, iż w dniu 28 lutego 2020 roku spółka pośrednio zależna od Emitenta, tj. i2 sp. z o.o. Stalowa sp.k. z/s we Wrocławiu zawarła umowę nabycia prawa własności zabudowanej nieruchomości stanowiącej działkę numer 4/2 o powierzchni 0,5816 ha, położonej we Wrocławiu przy ulicy Grabiszyńskiej („Nieruchomość”). Cena nabycia Nieruchomości wyniosła 9.428.701,22 zł brutto i została już zapłacona. Jednocześnie Emitent wskazuje, iż Nieruchomość graniczy z nieruchomością, na którą Emitent zawarł umowę nabycia prawa użytkowania wieczystego, o czym informował raportem bieżącym numer 60/2019 z dnia 20 grudnia 2019 roku. Na obu nieruchomościach planowana jest realizacja inwestycji polegającej na budowie budynku mieszkalno-usługowego liczącego około 280 lokali. |

Subject: Conclusion of the contract for the purchase of real estate by a company from the i2 Development S.A. capital group Legal basis: Article 17 para. 1 MAR - confidential information Management Board of i2 Development S.A. ("The Issuer"), with reference to the current reports no. 27/2018 of May 16, 2018 and no. 57/2019 of October 31, 2019, informs that on February 28, 2019 an indirect subsidiary of the Issuer, i.e. i2 sp. z o. o Stalowa sp.k. seated in Wrocław concluded a contract for the purchase of the ownsership of built-up real estate consisting of a plot no. 4/2 with an area of 0,5816 ha, located in Wrocław at Grabiszyńska Street ("Real Estate"). The purchase price of the Real Estate was PLN 9,428,701,22 gross and has already been paid. At the same time, the Issuer indicates, that the Property borders with the property on which the Issuer concluded a contract for the purchase of the right of perpetual usufruct, about which he reported in current reports no. 60/2019 of December 20, 2019. On both properties, an investment project is being prepared, involving the construction of a residential and service building with approximately 280 units.
