| Zarząd CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. (ISIN: PLHOTB000011) z siedzibą w Warszawie (Spółka, Emitent ), niniejszym informuje, iż w dniu 20 kwietnia 2021 roku wdrożył istotne zmiany w wizerunku grupy kapitałowej, której jest częścią. Zgodnie z założeniami nowej strategii Emitenta, Spółka Carlson Investments S.A. przyjęła nową formę identyfikacji wizualnej wraz ze Spółkami zależnymi i partnerskimi. Nowe logotypy i spójna identyfikacja wizualna mają na celu ułatwienie inwestorom i rynkowi kapitałowemu rozpoznanie marek z grupy Emitenta. Nowe loga zostaną wdrożone i zastąpią stare w najbliższych dniach roboczych we wszystkich materiałach i platformach komunikacji z rynkiem jakimi dysponują Spółki. Nowe logotypy i identyfikacja wizualna dotyczą Spółek CARLSON VENTURES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, CARLSON INVESMENTS ASI S.A. oraz EVIG Alfa Sp. z o.o. |

(ISIN: PLHOTB000011) Management Board with its registered office in Warsaw (the Company, the Issuer), hereby announces that on April 20, 2021, it implemented significant changes to the image of the capital group of which it is part.In accordance with the assumptions of the new strategy of the Issuer, Carlson Investments S.A. adopted a new form of visual identification together with its subsidiaries and partners. The new logotypes and consistent visual identification are aimed at making it easier for investors and the capital market to recognize brands from the Issuer's group. The new logos will be implemented and replace the old ones in the coming working days in all materials and communication platforms available to the companies. The new logos and visual identification apply to CARLSON VENTURES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, CARLSON INVESMENTS ASI S.A. and EVIG Alfa Sp. z o.o. |
