Periodic reports in 2022 will be published before the end the following dates:
- quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2021 - February 14, 2022,
- quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022 - May 16, 2022,
- annual report of the Issuer for 2021 - May 31, 2022,
- quarterly report for the second quarter of 2022 - August 16, 2022,
- quarterly report for the third quarter of 2022 - November 14, 2022.

information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market"
Zarząd Black Pearl S.A. ("Spółka", "Emitent") z siedzibą w Warszawie niniejszym podaje do publicznej
wiadomości harmonogram publikowania raportów okresowych w 2022 roku.
Raporty okresowe w roku 2022 będą publikowane w następujących terminach:
- raport okresowy kwartalny za IV kwartał 2021 rok - 14 lutego 2022 roku,
- raport okresowy kwartalny za I kwartał 2022 rok - 16 maja 2022 roku,
- jednostkowy raport roczny Emitenta za 2021 rok - 31 maja 2022 roku,
- raport okresowy kwartalny za II kwartał 2022 rok - 16 sierpnia 2022 roku,
- raport okresowy kwartalny za III kwartał 2022 rok - 14 listopada 2022 roku.
