| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 23/2018, w którym poinformowano o złożeniu przez Serinus Energy plc („Spółka”) do Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („GPW”) wniosku o przedłużenie zawieszenia obrotu akcjami Spółki o jeden dzień sesyjny tj. do dnia 11 maja 2018 r. (włącznie), Kierownictwo Spółki zawiadamia, że w dniu dzisiejszym powzięło informację o podjęciu przez Zarząd GPW uchwały zgodnej z wnioskiem Spółki. Obecnie przewiduje się, że notowania akcji Spółki zostaną wznowione dnia 14 maja 2018 r. |

| Current Report No. 24/2018Date: 2018-05-10Issuer’s trading name: Serinus Energy plc Title: Adoption by the Management Board of WSE of a resolution on suspension of trading in Serinus shares in line with Serinus’ application Legal basis: Art. 17(1) MAR – inside information Content:Referring to current report No. 23/2018 indicating that Serinus Energy plc (the “Company”) filled with the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) an application to extend the period of suspension of trading in its shares for by one business day, i.e. until and including 11 May 2018 the Management of the Company announces that today it was informed about the Management Board of WSE adopting a resolution in line with the Company’s application. It is currently envisaged that the trading of the Company’s shares shall be continued starting from 14 May 2018. |
