| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 21/2018, w którym poinformowano o złożeniu przez Serinus Energy plc („Spółka”) do Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („GPW”) wniosku o zawieszenie obrotu akcjami Spółki na okres trzech dni sesyjnych, tj. od dnia 8 maja 2018 r. do dnia 10 maja 2018 r. (łącznie z obiema tymi datami), Kierownictwo Spółki zawiadamia, że w dniu dzisiejszym powzięło informację o podjęciu przez Zarząd GPW uchwały zgodnej z wnioskiem Spółki. Ostatnim dniem notowania akcji Spółki przed okresem zawieszenia będzie 7 maja 2018 r. Przewiduje się, że notowania akcji Spółki zostaną wznowione dnia 11 maja 2018 r. |

| Current Report No. 22/2018Date: 2018-05-04Issuer’s trading name: SERINUS ENERGY PLC Title: Adoption by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of a resolution on suspension of trading in Serinus shares in line with Serinus’ application Legal basis: Art. 17(1) MAR – inside information Content:Referring to current report No. 21/2018 indicating that Serinus Energy plc (the “Company”) filled with the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) an application to suspend the trading in its shares for a period of three business days, i.e. from 8 May 2018 until 10 May 2018 (including both said dates) the Management of the Company announces that today it was informed about the Management Board of WSE adopting a resolution in line with the Company’s application. The last day when the Company’s shares are traded before the suspension period shall be 7 May 2018. It is envisaged that the trading of the Company’s shares shall be continued starting from 11 May 2018. |
