The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that, that in reference to the EIB report 26/2024, today i.e. December 2, 2024, a withdrawal of the application for approval of the arrangement in restructuring proceedings was submitted to the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw and at the same time an application was submitted to repeal the decision of November 25, 2024 regarding the approval of the Issuer's arrangement.
