Based on her extensive experience and profound professionalism we could not have hoped for a better partner for our company during the critical first three years of its existence. While we will miss her sound advice in our supervisory board, the reason for the termination of our nominated advisory agreement and her departure is a positive one as our company has gotten ready to take the next important step in its development.
