| The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the “Company") informs that on 4 Sep 2014 the Company received a letter from Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Generali OFE), with its registered seat in 15B, Postepu street, Warsaw. With this letter Generali OFE informs the Company that in the result of the transaction settled on 29-th of August 2014 it holds below 10% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of KSG Agro S.A. Before the transaction Generali OFE held 1 671 875 shares (one million six hundred seventy one thousand eight hundred seventy five shares) which represents 11,13 % share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company. After the transaction Generali OFE holds 1 171 875 shares (one million one hundred seventy one thousand eight hundred seventy five shares) which represents 7,80% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company. Within the next 12 month the Fund doesn’t exclude neither increasing nor decreasing its stake in KSG Agro S.A. depending on the market situation and business development of the company.
