| Acting on the basis of point 10 of terms and conditions of A series bonds of HB Reavis Finance PL sp. z o.o. (the “Issuer”), issued on the basis of the resolution of the Issuer's Management Board dated 3 October 2013 (the “Bonds”), registered in the deposit kept by the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) under ISIN number PLHBRVF00018, the Issuer hereby notifies about the execution of the call option and the early redemption of Bonds. The relevant resolution of the Issuer’s Management Board on early redemption of Bonds was adopted today. The early redemption of Bonds will be exercised in accordance with provisions of terms and conditions of the Bonds and the rules of the National Depository for Securities. The Record Date (as defined in terms and conditions of the Bonds) will be 24 July 2017. The early redemption date will be 1 August 2017. Number of Bonds eligible for early redemption: 111,000. |
