| Zarząd Globe Trade Centre S.A. („Spółka”) podaje do wiadomości publicznej terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2025 roku: I. Raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2024 rok – 1 kwietnia 2025 roku. II. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartale: - za I kwartał 2025 roku – 22 maja 2025 roku, - za III kwartał 2025 roku – 20 listopada 2025 roku. III. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2025 roku – 2 września 2025 roku. Jednocześnie, zgodnie z Art. 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących o okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równorzędne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim, Spółka informuje, o zamiarze stałego przekazywania w 2025 roku skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających skrócone kwartalne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w Art. 62 ust.1 Rozporządzenia, a także przekazania skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego za I półrocze 2025 roku zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w Art. 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia. Podstawa prawna: Art. 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących o okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równorzędne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. |

| Financial calendar for publication of periodical reports in 2025 and information on submitting consolidated periodical reports The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), hereby announces publication dates of periodical reports in 2025: I. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2024 – 1 April 2025. II. Consolidated quarterly reports: - 1st quarter of 2025 –22 May 2025 - 3rd quarter of 2025 – 20 November 2025 III. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2025 – 2 September 2025. Simultaneously, following the regulations of Art 62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the securities’ issuers and also the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union, Company informs that it is its intention to present in the consolidated quarterly reports in 2025 standalone financial statements as referred to in Art 62 item 1 of the Decree as well as to present the consolidated interim report for the first half of 2025 including standalone financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2025 as referred to in Art 62 item 3 of the Decree. Legal grounds: Art 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the securities’ issuers and also the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union. |
