| Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna („Bank”) informuje, że Rada Nadzorcza Banku na posiedzeniu w dniu 29 maja 2020 r. powołała: 1. Panią Beatę Kozłowską-Chyłę na funkcję Przewodniczącej Rady Nadzorczej Banku, 2. Panią Joannę Dynysiuk na funkcję Wiceprzewodniczącej Rady Nadzorczej Banku, 3. Pana Marcina Eckerta na funkcję Wiceprzewodniczącego Rady Nadzorczej Banku, 4. Pana Stanisława Ryszarda Kaczoruka na funkcję Sekretarza Rady Nadzorczej Banku. Powyższe powołania nastąpiły z dniem 29 maja 2020 r. na okres bieżącej wspólnej, trzyletniej kadencji Rady Nadzorczej Banku rozpoczętej w dniu 23 maja 2020 r. Legal basis: art. 17 sec. 1 MAR – inside information Content of the report:Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank") hereby informs that on the meeting held on 29 May 2020, the Supervisory Board of the Bank appointed: 1. Mrs. Beata Kozłowska-Chyła as the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Bank, 2. Mrs. Joanna Dynysiuk as the Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Bank, 3. Mr. Marcin Eckert as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bank, 4. Mr. Stanisław Ryszard Kaczoruk as the Secretary of the Supervisory Board of the Bank.
