| Mając na uwadze zapewnienie przejrzystej i efektywnej polityki informacyjnej, Zarząd Ten Square Games S.A. informuje, że szacunkowe skonsolidowane płatności użytkowników w grach (bez uwzględnienia przychodów odroczonych w czasie) Grupy Kapitałowej Ten Square Games w czwartym kwartale 2024 roku wyniosły 100,1 mln PLN. W szacunkowej kwocie płatności 59,8 mln PLN odnosi się do płatności wygenerowanych przez grę Fishing Clash, co stanowi ok. 59,7% skonsolidowanych przychodów. Kolejne 21,5 mln PLN (21,4%) odnosi się do płatności w grze Hunting Clash. Kwota 7,1 mln PLN (7,1%) odnosi się do płatności Wings of Heroes. Płatności w poszczególnych miesiącach wyniosły odpowiednio: - październik 2024: 32,6 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash – 20,0 mln PLN, Hunting Clash – 6,8 mln PLN, a Wings of Heroes - 2,2 mln PLN. - listopad 2024: 33,8 mln PLN w tym Fishing Clash – 20,3 mln PLN, Hunting Clash – 7,3 mln PLN, a Wings of Heroes - 2,4 mln PLN. - grudzień 2024: 33,7 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash – 19,5 mln PLN, Hunting Clash – 7,4 mln PLN, a Wings of Heroes - 2,5 mln PLN. Zarząd informuje również, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Ostateczna informacja o przychodach ze sprzedaży, w tym w szczególności z uwzględnieniem przychodu odroczonego w czasie, będzie opublikowana w skonsolidowanym raporcie okresowym. Najbliższym raportem okresowym przekazywanym przez Spółkę jest skonsolidowany raport roczny za okres zakończony 31 grudnia 2024 roku, który zostanie opublikowany 24 marca 2025 roku. |

| Information on quarterly sales revenues (bookings) - Q4 2024To ensure a transparent and effective information policy, the Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. informs that the estimated consolidated bookings in games (excluding deferred revenues) of the Ten Square Games Capital Group in the fourth quarter of 2024 amounted to PLN 100.1 million.Of the total estimated amount, PLN 59.8 million relates to bookings generated by the game Fishing Clash, which constitutes approximately 59.7% of consolidated revenues. Another PLN 21.5 million (21.4%) relates to bookings in the game Hunting Clash. The amount of PLN 7.1 million (7.1%) relates to bookings in the game Wings of Heroes.Bookings in individual months were as follows:October 2024: PLN 32.6 million, including Fishing Clash – PLN 20.0 million, Hunting Clash – PLN 6.8 million and Wings of Heroes PLN 2.2 million.November 2024: PLN 33.8 million, including Fishing Clash – PLN 20.3 million, Hunting Clash – PLN 7.3 million and Wings of Heroes PLN 2.4 million.December 2024: PLN 33.7 million, including Fishing Clash – PLN 19.5 million, Hunting Clash – PLN 7.4 million, and Wings of Heroes - PLN 2.5 million.The Management Board also informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. The final information on sales revenues, including deferred revenues, will be published in the consolidated periodic report. The next periodic report to be issued by the Company is the consolidated yearly report for the period ending December 31, 2024, which will be published on March 24, 2025. |
