| W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących numer 3/2023 i 4/2023, Zarząd PCF Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że podjął decyzję o przekazaniu do publicznej wiadomości wstępnych szacunków skonsolidowanych wyników finansowych Grupy Kapitałowej PCF Group S.A. za rok obrotowy zakończony 31 grudnia 2022 r. Wstępne szacunkowe skonsolidowane wyniki finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej PCF Group S.A. za rok obrotowy zakończony 31 grudnia 2022 r.: Przychody ze sprzedaży: 170 mln zł EBITDA: 48,5 mln zł Wyżej zaprezentowane dane mają charakter szacunkowy i będą podlegać badaniu przez biegłego rewidenta. Ostateczne wyniki finansowe Spółki i Grupy Kapitałowej PCF Group S.A. zostaną przekazane w jednostkowym i skonsolidowanym raportach rocznych za 2022 rok, które zgodnie z raportem bieżącym nr 1/2023 zostaną opublikowane w dniu 27 kwietnia 2023 r. |

| Estimated financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2022In reference to current reports No. 3/2023 and 4/2023, the Management Board of PCF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that it has made a decision to publish the preliminary estimates of the consolidated financial results of the PCF Group S.A. Capital Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2022. The preliminary estimates of the consolidated financial results of the PCF Group S.A. Capital Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2022: Sales revenue: PLN 170 million EBITDA: PLN 48.5 million The data presented above are estimates and are to be audited by a certified auditor. Final financial results of the Company and the PCF Group S.A. Capital Group will be published in the stand-alone and consolidated annual reports for 2022, which, according to the current report No. 1/2023, will be published on 27 April 2023. |
