| PKN ORLEN S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że 27 października 2021 roku AB ORLEN Lietuva („ORLEN Lietuva”) podpisała umowę na budowę instalacji „Bottom of Barrel” („Inwestycja”) w formule EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) w zakładzie produkcyjnym ORLEN Lietuva w Możejkach ze spółką Petrofac Limited z siedzibą w Londynie. Całkowity koszt Inwestycji szacowany jest na około 641 mln EUR. Zakończenie Inwestycji planowane jest do końca 2024 roku. Szacuje się, że po zrealizowaniu Inwestycji zysk operacyjny EBITDA ORLEN Lietuva może wzrosnąć o ok. 68 mln EUR rocznie. | Agreement for building of the “Bottom of Barrel” unit in the ORLEN Lietuva Production Plant in MazeikiuRegulatory announcement no 43/2021 dated 27 October 2021PKN ORLEN (“Company”) informs that on 27 October 2021 AB ORLEN Lietuva (“ORLEN Lietuva”) signed the agreement for building of the “Bottom of Barrel” unit (“Investment”) in EPC formula (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) in the ORLEN Lietuva Production Plant in Mazeikiu with Petrofac Limited headquartered in London.Total cost of the Investment is estimated at the level of ca. EUR 641 m. The completion of the Investment is planned by the end of 2024. It is estimated that realization of the Investment would increase ORLEN Lietuva EBITDA by ca.
