| The agricultural holding KSG Agro, represented by its plant growing company KSG Dnepr, has increased its credit line at TAS Bank by $ 1.25 million: from $ 2.3 million to $ 3.55 million. The credit line from TAS Bank in the amount of $ 2.3 million was opened to KSG Dnepr, a member of KSG Agro Group in December 2017, for 4 years, with the aim to replenish working capital. In connection with the expansion of the agricultural holding's business, it became necessary to expand the credit line. In accordance with the TAS Bank decision adopted in March 2019, the bank increased its credit line by $ 1.25 million to $ 3.55 million. The period for additional financing is 3 years. Interest rate is not disclosed. According to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the agricultural holding KSG Agro Sergiy Kasyanov, the increased credit line will lead to the expansion of the holding's capacity in the field of crop production. In particular, the loan funds will be used to replenish working capital and finance the sowing campaign. |
