| Zarząd i2 Development S.A. („Spółka”, „Emitent”) niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych Spółki w 2020 roku. I. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne: - za pierwszy kwartał 2020 r. - 15 maja 2020 r. - za trzeci kwartał 2020 r. – 16 listopada 2020 r. II. Raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2019 r. – 21 kwietnia 2020 r. III. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2020 roku – 28 sierpnia 2020 r. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że działając zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29.03.2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitenta papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawanych za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), Spółka nie będzie przekazywała skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych (QSr) za IV kwartał 2019 roku oraz II kwartał 2020 roku. Emitent informuje także, że zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia, w 2020 roku Spółka w skonsolidowanych raportach kwartalnych zamieszczać będzie kwartalne informacje finansowe, a w skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym - skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe wraz z raportem podmiotu uprawnionego do badania sprawozdań finansowych z przeglądu niniejszego sprawozdania. |

Subject: End of purchase of own bonds, resolution of the Management Board regarding redemption of bonds Legal basis: Article 56 para. 1 item 2 of the Act on the offer - current and periodic information Management Board of i2 Development S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs about the publication dates of the Company's periodic reports in 2020. I. Consolidated quarterly reports: - for the first quarter of 2020 - May 15, 2020. - for the third quarter of 2020 - November 16, 2020 II. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2019 - April 21, 2020 III. Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2020 - August 28, 2020. At the same time, the Issuer informs that, acting in accordance with § 79 para. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29.03.2018 on current and periodic information provided by the Issuer of securities and conditions considered equivalent to information required by the law of a non-member state ("Regulation"), the Company will not provide consolidated quarterly reports (QSr ) for the fourth quarter of 2019 and the second quarter of 2020. The Issuer also informs, that pursuant to § 62 para. 1 and 3 of the Regulation, in 2020 the Company will publish quarterly financial information in consolidated quarterly reports, and in the consolidated semi-annual report - a condensed semi-annual financial statement along with the report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements from the review of this report.
