In the next few days "We shall withdraw our issue prospectus from KNF [Financial Supervision Commission]," said Krzysztof Boufał, deputy president of Hoopla.pl. However, the firm will anyway issue new shares, which should help it raise zł.3 million. The company's supervisory board will determine the issue price later this week. MCI Management, which holds a 72.31% stake in the firm, announced its desire to purchase equity worth zł.800,000, while zł.100,000 will be designated to the founders of the firm, Krzysztof Boufał and company's president Przemysław Szydłowski, but it remains unknown who will provide an additional zł.2 million. "A buyer will be searched for among minority shareholders of the company. These are both individuals and legal entities," said the deputy president, adding that the issue should be resolved over the next 2-3 weeks.
