| Zarząd ENEA S.A. informuje, iż w dniu 17 grudnia 2014 roku powziął informację o zatwierdzeniu w dniu 16 grudnia 2014 roku przez Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki (Prezes URE) taryfy dla energii elektrycznej dla zespołu grup taryfowych G (przyłączonych do sieci ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o.) na okres od dnia 1 stycznia do dnia 31 grudnia 2015 roku. Zatwierdzona taryfa uwzględnia podwyżkę cen sprzedaży energii dla grupy taryfowej G średnio o 0,68% wynikającą z wyższych kosztów realizacji ustawowych obowiązków umarzania kolorowych certyfikatów. Zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami nowa taryfa wchodzi w życie, nie wcześniej niż 14 dni po jej publikacji w biuletynie branżowym Prezesa URE i nie później niż do 45 dnia od dnia jej opublikowania. Decyzje w sprawie zatwierdzenia nowych taryf publikowane są w biuletynie branżowym Prezesa URE zamieszczanym na stronie internetowej Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki: www.bip.ure.gov.pl. | ||||||||||||

| Current Report No.: 36 /2014 Date of preparation: 17.12.2014 Short name of issuer: ENEA S.A. Subject: Approval of the electricity tariffs for ENEA S.A.'s G tariff group sets for 2015. Legal basis: Article 56 item 1(1) of the Act on Offerings – confidential information Content of report: The Management Board of ENEA S.A. reports that on 17 December 2014 it received information on approval on 16 December 2014 by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (President of ERO) of the electricity tariff for G tariff group sets (connected tothe network of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o.) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2015. The approved tariff includes the raise in electricity selling prices for G tariff group sets averagely by 0.68% resulting from higher costs of realisation of statutory obligations to redeem colour electricity certificates. Pursuant to the regulations in force the new tariff enters into force not earlier than after 14 days of its publication in the sectoral bulletin of the President of ERO and not later than within 45 days from its publication. Decisions concerning the approval of new tariffs are published in the sectoral bulletin of the President of ERO on the website of the Energy Regulatory Office at www.bip.ure.gov.pl |
