| Zarząd spółki CI Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), informuje, że w dniu 19 kwietnia 2024 r. podjął uchwałę zmianie warunków emisji obligacji imiennych serii F oraz zawarł z jedynym obligatariuszem, posiadającym 60 obligacji imiennych serii F, wyemitowanych przez Spółkę (raporty bieżące nr 28/2023 z dnia 14 lipca 2023 r. oraz nr 31/2020 z dnia 20 lipca 2023 r.), porozumienie w sprawie zmiany warunków emisji obligacji. Zgodnie z uchwałą zarządu i zawartym porozumieniem zmianie uległo postanowienie dotyczące terminu złożenia żądania wcześniejszego wykupu, w sposób umożliwiający skrócenie tego terminu za porozumieniem Spółki z obligatariuszem. Pozostałe warunki emisji Obligacji nie uległy zmianie. |

| Current report number: 15/2024 Date: 19 April 2024 Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR - inside information Subject: Amendment of the terms and conditions of issuance of the series F bonds The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), announces that on 19 April 2024, it adopted a resolution amending the terms and conditions of the series F bond issue and entered into an agreement with the sole bondholder holding 60 registered series F bonds issued by the Company (current reports No. 28/2023 of 14 July 2023 and No. 31/2020 of 20 July 2023) to amend the terms and conditions of the bond issue. In accordance with the resolution of the Management Board and the agreement, the provision regarding the deadline for submitting a request for early redemption was changed, in such a way that the term can be shortened by agreement between the Company and the bondholder. Other terms and conditions of the Bond issue have not changed. Disclaimer: This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
