| Zarząd spółki CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), w oparciu o raporty cyfrowych platform dystrybucyjnych informuje, że do końca pierwszego tygodnia od premiery, tj. do dnia 3 października 2023 roku włącznie, gracze kupili ponad 3 miliony kopii dodatku do gry Cyberpunk 2077: Widmo Wolności (Phantom Liberty) na wszystkich dostępnych platformach sprzętowych. Jednocześnie Zarząd informuje, że według wstępnych danych łączna wartość bezpośrednich nakładów na produkcję dodatku Cyberpunk 2077: Widmo Wolności (Phantom Liberty) wyniosła około 275 milionów zł, a koszty realizowanej bezpośrednio przez Spółkę globalnej kampanii marketingowej związanej z wprowadzeniem dodatku na rynek to około 95 milionów zł. Zarząd Spółki zdecydował o podaniu w/w informacji do wiadomości publicznej w formie raportu bieżącego w związku z potencjalnym znaczeniem tej informacji dla decyzji inwestycyjnych inwestorów. |

| Current report no. 38/2023 Subject: Information regarding sales data and production and marketing budget of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR – inside information The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered seat in Warsaw (“the Company”), based on reports from digital distribution platforms, hereby informs that by the end of the first week after the launch, that is up to and including 3 October 2023, gamers have purchased over 3 million copies of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion across all available hardware platforms. At the same time, the Management Board informs that according to initial data the total value of direct expenses incurred on the production of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion amounted to approximately 275 million PLN and the costs of the global marketing campaign related to the launch of the expansion directly organised by the Company amounted to approximately 95 million PLN. The Management Board of the Company has decided to disclose the above information in the form of a current report due to its potential impact on investment-related decisions.
