Data i rodzaj zdarzenia powodującego zmianę udziału, której dotyczy zawiadomienie W związku z powzięciem w dniu 4 stycznia 2022 roku informacji o dokonaniu przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego w dniu 28 grudnia 2021 r. wpisu rejestracji podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego Emitenta oraz objęciem przez BOUCHARD ET CIE SA 865.192 akcji serii S w wyniku realizacji umowy nabycia instrumentów finansowych przeprowadzonej poza systemem obrotu udział BOUCHARD ET CIE SA w kapitale zakładowym Emitenta i ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce wynosi 23,67 %. Liczba akcji posiadanych przed zmianą udziału i ich procentowy udział w kapitale zakładowym Spółki oraz liczbie głosów z tych akcji oraz procentowym udziale w ogólnej liczbie głosów: Przed dokonaniem rejestracji podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego Spółki oraz objęciem 865.192 akcji serii S BOUCHARD ET CIE SA posiadał 1.017.658 akcji Emitenta, reprezentujących 15,14 % kapitału zakładowego Spółki, uprawniających do wykonania 1.017.658 głosów, co stanowił 15,14 % w ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce. Przed rejestracją podwyższenia kapitału ogólna liczba akcji w Spółce wynosiła 6.721.685. Ogólna liczba głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy Spółki wynosiła 6.721.685. Liczba akcji i ich procentowy udział w kapitale zakładowym Spółki oraz liczba głosów z tych akcji i ich procentowym udział w ogólnej liczbie głosów: Po dokonaniu rejestracji podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego oraz objęciu 865.192 akcji serii S BOUCHARD ET CIE SA posiada 1.882.850 akcji Spółki w kapitale zakładowym po podwyższeniu, reprezentujących 23,67 % kapitału zakładowego Spółki, uprawniających do wykonania 1.882.850 głosów, co stanowił 23,67 % w ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce. Po rejestracji podwyższenia kapitału ogólna liczba akcji w Spółce wynosi 7.955.695. Ogólna liczba głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy Spółki wynosi 7.955.695. Brak jest podmiotów zależnych od akcjonariusza dokonujących zawiadomienia, posiadających akcje Spółki. Date and type of event giving rise to the change in interest to which the notice relates In connection with the receipt of information on 4 January 2022 that on 28 December 2021 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered an increase in the Issuer's share capital and BOUCHARD ET CIE SA took up 865,192 Series S shares as a result of the execution of an agreement for the purchase of financial instruments executed outside the trading system, BOUCHARD ET CIE SA's share in the Issuer's share capital and the total number of votes in the Company is 23.67%. The number of shares held before the change and their percentage share in the Company's share capital and the number of votes attached to those shares and percentage share in the total number of votes: Prior to the registration of the increase in the Company's share capital and the acquisition of 865,192 Series S shares, BOUCHARD ET CIE SA held 1,017,658 shares in the Issuer, representing 15.14% of the Company's share capital, carrying 1,017,658 votes, which constituted 15.14% of the total number of votes in the Company.
