Periodic reports in 2025 will be published before the end the following dates:
- quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2024 - February 14, 2025,
- quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 - May 15, 2025,
- annual report of the Issuer for 2024 - June 2, 2025,
- quarterly report for the second quarter of 2025 - August 14, 2025,
- quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 - November 14, 2025.

Zarząd Black Pearl S.A. ("Spółka", "Emitent") z siedzibą w Warszawie niniejszym podaje do publicznej wiadomości harmonogram publikowania raportów okresowych w 2025 roku.
Raporty okresowe w roku 2025 będą publikowane w następujących terminach:
- raport okresowy kwartalny za IV kwartał 2024 rok - 14 lutego 2025 roku,
- raport okresowy kwartalny za I kwartał 2025 rok - 15 maja 2025 roku,
- jednostkowy raport roczny Emitenta za 2024 rok – 2 czerwca 2025 roku,
- raport okresowy kwartalny za II kwartał 2025 rok - 14 sierpnia 2025 roku,
- raport okresowy kwartalny za III kwartał 2025 rok - 14 listopada 2025 roku.
