(„Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, iż w dniu 2 lutego 2023 roku Zarząd spółki zależnej Rottneros AB („Rottneros”), notowanej na szwedzkiej giełdzie papierów wartościowych w Sztokholmie NASDAQ, dokonał publikacji raportu za 4 kwartały 2022 roku o następujących parametrach: Za 4 kwartały 2022 roku: MLN SEK Przychód 2.980 EBITDA 691 Wynik netto 565 MLN PLN Przychód 1.314 EBITDA 305 Wynik netto 249 EBITDA - Zysk operacyjny przed umorzeniem, amortyzacją i odpisami Zarząd Arctic Paper S.A. wskazuje, że powyższe wyniki spółki zależnej będą miały istotny wpływ na skonsolidowane wyniki roczne 2022 roku osiągnięte przez Grupę Arctic Paper. Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. indicates that above Company’s subsidiary results will have a significant impact on Arctic Paper Group’s consolidated annual 2022 results.
