| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 56/2020, niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 10 sierpnia 2023 Emitent podjął decyzję o dokonaniu przedterminowej spłaty dwunastej, ostatniej raty wynikającej z zatwierdzonego w dniu 5 listopada 2020 układu w przyspieszonym postępowaniu układowym dotyczącym Spółki (dalej jako: “układ”). Rata kapitałowa wynosi 65,00 PLN, a odsetki 1,47 PLN na jedną sztukę obligacji. Rata wraz z odsetkami zostanie wypłacona obligatariuszom obligacji serii A w dniu 24 sierpnia 2023. Zgodnie z układem, pierwotna data zapłaty dwunastej raty układowej przypadała na dzień 21 września 2023. Zapłaty ostatniej raty układowej oznaczała będzie ostateczne zrealizowanie układu i wypełnienie zobowiązań wynikających z obligacji serii A. Spółka poinformuje osobnym komunikatem o wydaniu przez sąd postanowienia o wykonaniu układu. |

| <html> <head> </head> <body> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt"> The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "the Company", "the Issuer"), with reference to ESPI Current Report No. 56/2020, announces that on August 10, 2023. The Issuer has decided to make an early repayment of the twelfth and final installment under the arrangement approved on November 5, 2020 in the Company's accelerated arrangement proceedings (hereinafter: "Arrangement"). </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt"> The principal installment is PLN 65.00 and the interest is PLN 1.47 per bond. The installment plus interest will be paid to the bondholders of series A bonds on August 24, 2023. According to the arrangement, the original payment date for the twelfth arrangement installment was September 21, 2023. </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt"> Payment of the final arrangement installment will mark the final execution of the arrangement and fulfillment of the obligations under the series A bonds.
