The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that, that today it received information that on November 25, 2024, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XVIII Commercial Division, approved the arrangement in the proceedings for approval of the arrangement. In connection with the filing of a bankruptcy application against the Issuer on October 10, 2024, the Management Board of the Company plans to file a petition to annul the arrangement in the coming days.
