| Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. (“Spółka”) informuje, iż w nawiązaniu do raportu ESPI 14/2024, w dniu dzisiejszym, tj. 2 grudnia 2024 roku, zostało złożone do Sądu Rejonowego dla m. st. Warszawy wycofanie wniosku o zatwierdzenie układu w postępowaniu restrukturyzacyjnym oraz jednocześnie złożony został wniosek o uchylenie postanowienia z dnia 25 listopada 2024 r. w przedmiocie zatwierdzenia układu Emitenta. | ||||||||||||

(the “Company”) hereby announces that, that in reference to the ESPI report 14/2024, today, i.e. December 2, 2024, a withdrawal of the application for approval of the arrangement in restructuring proceedings was submitted to the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw and at the same time an application was submitted to repeal the decision of November 25, 2024 regarding the approval of the Issuer's arrangement . |
