| PKN ORLEN S.A. („Spółka”) przekazuje informacje poufne, których publikacja została przez Spółkę opóźniona: - 12 kwietnia 2022 roku: „PKN ORLEN S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że 12 kwietnia 2022 roku Zarząd Spółki wyraził zgodę na realizację zadania inwestycyjnego - budowa nowej jednostki Wytwórni Tlenu i Azotu III na terenie Zakładu Produkcyjnego w Płocku („Inwestycja”). Nowa jednostka będzie produkowała rocznie 38 500 Nm3/h tlenu oraz 75 000 Nm3/h azotu. Realizacja Inwestycji jest niezbędna z uwagi na konieczność zabezpieczania tlenu gazowego i azotu gazowego dla nowego, budowanego kompleksu instalacji Olefin III oraz innych instalacji w Zakładzie Produkcyjnym w Płocku. Całkowity koszt Inwestycji szacowany jest na około 760 mln PLN. Zakończenie inwestycji planowane jest na początek 2025 roku. Zarząd Spółki wyraził także zgodę na zawarcie z firmą Linde GmbH umowy na budowę nowej jednostki Wytwórni Tlenu i Azotu III w formule EPC dla zakresu ISBL. Realizacja Inwestycji wymaga zgody Rady Nadzorczej Spółki, o którą wystąpi Zarząd PKN ORLEN S.A.” - 20 kwietnia 2022 roku: „PKN ORLEN S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że 20 kwietnia 2022 roku Rada Nadzorcza Spółki wyraziła zgodę na realizację zadania inwestycyjnego - budowa nowej jednostki Wytwórni Tlenu i Azotu III na terenie Zakładu Produkcyjnego w Płocku („Inwestycja”). Nowa jednostka będzie produkowała rocznie 38 500 Nm3/h tlenu oraz 75 000 Nm3/h azotu. Realizacja Inwestycji jest niezbędna z uwagi na konieczność zabezpieczania tlenu gazowego i azotu gazowego dla nowego, budowanego kompleksu instalacji Olefin III oraz innych instalacji w Zakładzie Produkcyjnym w Płocku. Dodatkowo, w wyniku realizacji inwestycji poszerzony zostanie portfel oferowanych produktów o wysokomarżowe gazy ciekłe oraz osiągnięte zostaną oszczędności z tytułu poprawy efektywności operacyjnej i procesowej. Całkowity koszt Inwestycji szacowany jest na około 760 mln PLN. Zakończenie inwestycji planowane jest na początek 2025 roku. Dzięki dzisiejszej zgodzie Rady Nadzorczej Spółki możliwe będzie podpisanie umowy z firmą Linde GmbH na budowę nowej jednostki Wytwórni Tlenu i Azotu III w formule EPC dla zakresu ISBL, po wynegocjowaniu wszystkich warunków umownych.” |

| Disclosure of delayed inside information regarding building of the new Air Separation Unit III in the Production Plant in PlockRegulatory announcement no 16/2022 dated 17 May 2022PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) discloses the following inside information, publication of which was delayed:- on 12 April 2022:“PKN ORLEN (“Company”) informs that on 12 April 2022 the Company’s Management Board gave consent for realization of the investment – building of the new Air Separation Unit III in the Production Plant in Plock (“Investment”). The annual production capacity of the unit will amount to 38 500 Nm3/h of oxygen and 75 000 Nm3/h of nitrogen. Realization of the Investment is necessary due to the need to secure oxygen gas and nitrogen gas to new, building Olefins III complex and other units in the Production Plant in Plock.Total cost of the Investment is estimated at the level of ca. PLN 760 m. The completion of the Investment is planned for the beginning of 2025.The Company’s Management Board gave also consent to sign with Linde GmbH an agreement for building the new Air Separation Unit III unit in EPC formula for ISBL.Realization of the Investment is subject to the approval of the Company’s Supervisory Board which the PKN ORLEN Management Board will request for.”- on 20 April 2022:“PKN ORLEN (“Company”) informs that on 20 April 2022 the Company’s Supervisory Board gave consent for realization of the investment – building of the new Air Separation Unit III in the Production Plant in Plock (“Investment”). The annual production capacity of the unit will amount to 38 500 Nm3/h of oxygen and 75 000 Nm3/h of nitrogen. Realization of the Investment is necessary due to the need to secure oxygen gas and nitrogen gas to new, building Olefins III complex and other units in the Production Plant in Plock. Additionally realization of the Investment will allow to extent the scope of the offered products with high-margin liquid gases and also there will be achieved savings due to improved operation and processing efficiency.Total cost of the Investment is estimated at the level of ca. PLN 760 m. The completion of the Investment is planned for the beginning of 2025.Thanks to today’s consent of the Company’s Supervisory Board it will be possible to sign with Linde GmbH an agreement for building the new Air Separation Unit III unit in EPC formula for ISBL, after all contractual conditions have been negotiated.” |
