| Zarząd Pfleiderer Group S.A. informuje, że nastąpiła zmiana terminu publikacji rozszerzonego skonsolidowanego raportu za I półrocze 2018. Zostanie on opublikowany 30 września 2018 roku. Wcześniej ogłoszony termin publikacji rozszerzonego skonsolidowanego raportu za I półrocze 2018 roku ustalony był na dzień 22 sierpnia 2018. Raport sporządzono na podstawie § 80 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. 2018, poz. 757). |
