| The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") hereby informs that on November 8, 2011 received the notification that DE “Milkiland Ukraine" (subsidiary of Milkiland Group) signed a contract to supply its Dobryana branded cheese, with most notably the “King Artur" variant, with CJSC “Tander" (the Russian Federation). Under the terms of the contract DE “Milkiland Ukraine" supplies CJSC “Tander" with cheese within the term of validity of the contract. CJSC “Tander" operates the Russian retail chain Magnit, one of the two leading and fastest growing Russian food retailers. As of September 30, 2011 consisted of 4,593 convenience stores, 76 hypermarkets in 1,325 locations in the Russian Federation. The cheese supply contract envisages a stepwise increase in supply starting with two months supplying the 76 hypermarkets only. Following this test period, Milkiland’s sales should be expanded to all Magnit food stores in the Russian Federation. |
