| Management Board of KSG Agro S.A. based in Luxembourg (the "Issuer") announces that it has reached an agreement with SUISAG, a pig breeding service company based in Sempach, Switzerland, to start cooperation in the field of selective breeding and animal health.The agreement between KSG Agro and SUISAG, w which is the main service and expert center for Swiss pig breeding, was reached on January 21, 2021 during a visit to the KSG Agro S.A. headquarters of SUISAG's Financial Director Matteo Aepril and Chief Veterinarian Stefanie Klausmann. The key areas of the partnership are using the SUISAG sows on the Issuer's farms, consultancy in the field of pig breeding technology and exchange of experiences in the field of biological safety and animal health. The parties set indicative deadlines for signing relevant documents — memoranda and contracts. This should happen in the first half of 2021. |
