| Zarząd KRUK S.A. (Emitent) informuje, że Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. uchwałą nr 1505/2024 z dnia 28 listopada 2024 r. postanowił dopuścić do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym 1.250.000 obligacji na okaziciela serii AP2 spółki KRUK S.A., o wartości nominalnej 100 PLN każda - z dniem rejestracji tych obligacji przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych SA (KDPW) w Komunikacie ONP/2024/097 z dnia 29 listopada 2024 r. oświadczył, iż rejestracja 1.250.000 obligacji na okaziciela serii AP2 Emitenta o wartości nominalnej 100 PLN każda, ISIN PLKRK0000887, nastąpi z dniem 2 grudnia 2024 r. | Current Report No. 70/2024 Date: November 29th 2024 Subject: Notice of admission to trading and registration of series AP2 bonds Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Public Offering Act - Current and periodic information Text of the report: The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by Resolution No. 1505/2024 of November 28th 2024 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit 1,250,000 Series AP2 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, to trading on the main market as of the date of their registration by the Central Securities Depository of Poland. The Company also announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”) said in its Statement ONP/2024/097 of November 29th 2024 that the 1,250,000 Series AP2 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000887 will be registered on December 2nd 2024.
