| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 9/2020 z dnia 20 stycznia 2020 roku dotyczącego zakończenia skupu obligacji własnych, Zarząd i2 Development S.A. (dalej: Emitent, Spółka), informuje, iż w dniu 28 stycznia 2020 roku Zarząd Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (dalej: KDPW) na wniosek Emitenta podjął uchwałę o wycofaniu w dniu 30 stycznia 2020 roku z depozytu 2.181 sztuk obligacji serii E Emitenta, o wartości nominalnej 1.000,00 zł (słownie: jeden tysiąc złotych) każda i łącznej wartości nominalnej 2.181.000,00 zł (słownie: dwa miliony sto osiemdziesiąt jeden tysięcy złotych), które zostały nabyte przez Emitenta w okresie od 20 grudnia 2019 roku do 17 stycznia 2020 roku w związku z ich umorzeniem. | ||||||||||||

Subject: Resolution of the National Depository for Securities regarding the withdrawal of bonds in connection with their redemption Legal basis: Article 56 para. 1 item 2 of the Act on the offer - current and periodic information With reference to the report no. 9/2020 of January 20, 2020 concerning the end of purchase of own bonds, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer, the Company), informs that on January 28, 2020 the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., hereinafter: KDPW) at the request of the Issuer adopted a resolution to withdraw on January 30, 2020 from the deposit 2.181 series E bonds of the Issuer, with a nominal value of PLN 1,000.00 (one thousand zlotys) each and the total nominal value of PLN 2,181,000.00 (in words: two million one hundred and eighty one thousand zlotys), which were acquired by the Issuer in the period from December 20, 2019 to January 17, 2020 in connection with their redemption.
