He went on to say that he already held a meeting with Wojas and for the time being both parties must think over the issue and analyze it from a business perspective. "As a businessman I consider different types of mergers. I will choose the most favorable mode for the shareholders. I will not insist that Gino Rossi is the purchasing party," said Maciej Fedorowicz.
Funds for the investments were to be raised from the bourse, but due to difficult situation on the stock exchange the plans were changed. For the time being Gino Rossi is transferring production to India and in two years 60 percent of the output will be sourced from this country.
"In September the first test batch of shoes will be delivered to stores. We analyze numerous suppliers to make sure everything goes well before placing an order," said the CEO.
