| Zarząd Cl Games S.E. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości wyniki sprzedaży gry Lords of the Fallen („Gra”), której globalna premiera miała miejsce 13 października 2023 roku. Zarząd Spółki informuje, że na dzień przekazania niniejszego raportu bieżącego, tj. na dzień 18 sierpnia 2025 r., sprzedaż gry Lords of the Fallen przekroczyła 2 mln i wynosi 2,04 mln egzemplarzy, z czego 1,6 mln to sprzedaż cyfrowa Gry, a 0,44 mln sprzedaż fizyczna Gry. Powyższa informacja została uznana za informację poufną z uwagi na fakt, iż może mieć ona istotny wpływ na kształtowanie się sytuacji finansowej Spółki. | Current report number: 23/2025 Date: 18 August 2025 Legal basis: Art. 17 Section 1 of MAR – confidential information Subject: Sales results of the game “Lords of the Fallen” The Management Board of Cl Games SE based in Warsaw (“Company”) publicly announces the sales results of the game Lords of the Fallen (“Game”), the global premiere of which took place on October 13, 2023. The Company’s Management Board informs that as of the date of submission of this current report, i.e. August 18, 2025, sales of the Lords of the Fallen game exceeded 2 mln copies, reaching a total of 2.04 mln units, of which 1.6 mln copies were sold in digital format and 0.44 mln copies in physical format. The above information has been classified as confidential, as it may have a significant impact on the Company’s financial position.
