Restaurant operator AmRest concluded sale of its KFC business in Russia and will receive for it EUR 100 mln, the company said in a market filing.
"AmRest estimates that the transaction may generate a consolidated profit after taxes of ca. EUR 4 mln," the filing reads.
It means AmRest has ended its operations and corporate presence in Russia.
