| Zarząd spółki PCF Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) niniejszym przekazuje wykaz akcjonariuszy posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu („ZWZ”) zwołanym na dzień 28 czerwca 2022 r. Akcjonariusze: 1. Sebastian Wojciechowski - 14.969.480 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowi 49,98% w ogólnej liczbie głosów i stanowiło 67,64% liczby głosów na ZWZ; 2. Bartosz Kmita - 2.579.910 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowi 8,61% w ogólnej liczbie głosów i stanowiło 11,66% liczby głosów na ZWZ; 3. Krzysztof Dolaś - 1.817.936 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowi 6,07% w ogólnej liczbie głosów i stanowiło 8,21% liczby głosów na ZWZ; 4. Bartosz Biełuszko - 1.808.137 głosów na ZWZ, co stanowi 6,04% w ogólnej liczbie głosów i stanowiło 8,17% liczby głosów na ZWZ. |

| List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of PCF Group S.A. held on 28 June 2022The Management Board of PCF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby submits the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (the “AGM”) held on 28 June 2022. Shareholders: 1. Sebastian Wojciechowski - 14,969,480 votes at the AGM which represent 49.98% of the total number of votes and 67.64% of votes at the AGM; 2. Bartosz Kmita - 2,579,910 votes at the AGM which represent 8.61% of the total number of votes and 11.66% of votes at the AGM; 3. Krzysztof Dolaś - 1,817,936 votes at the AGM which represent 6.07% of the total number of votes and 8.21% of votes at the AGM; 4.
