| The Management Board of Work Service S. A. ("Issuer" or "Company") hereby informs that on 16 October 2019, the Issuer received document containing the resignation of Mr. Maciej Witucki from the Supervisory Board including being chairman of the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. with effect on 17 October 2019. Mr. Maciej Witucki didn’t indicate the reason for the resignation. Legal base: 1. Art. 56 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies. 2. § 5 point 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State.
