(“Spółka”) informuje, iż w dniu 20 lutego 2025 roku, powziął informację o: 1) uchyleniu postanowienia Sądu Rejonowego dla m.st Warszawy w Warszawie z dnia 25 listopada 2024 roku w przedmiocie zatwierdzenia układu QuarticOn S.A. 2) umorzenia postępowania w przedmiocie zatwierdzenia układu QuarticOn S.A. O złożeniu wniosku o wycofanie wniosku o zatwierdzenie układu, Zarząd informował w raporcie bieżącym ESPI nr 15/2024 z dnia 2.12.2024 r. |

| The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on February 20, 2025, it received information about: 1) the reversal of the decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw of November 25, 2024 regarding the approval of the QuarticOn S.A. arrangement. 2) the discontinuation of the proceedings regarding the approval of the QuarticOn S.A. arrangement. The Management Board informed about the submission of a motion to withdraw the motion for approval of the arrangement in ESPI report No. 15/2024 dated 2 December 2024. |
